Meet The Duncans
BROTHER DARREN & MRS BECKY DUNCAN
Brother Darren and Mrs. Becky were married on October 15, 1995 at the Independent Baptist Tabernacle in Dallas, North Carolina. After they were married they began a joint ministry. Brother Darren and Mrs. Becky sing together with Bro. Darren playing the Piano and Mrs. Becky playing the Bass Guitar. Preaching the Gospel from the 1611 King James Bible is
what Brother Darren Duncan Enjoys most. He surrendered to full time
service for the Lord on May 31, 1991 and served as Pastor of Calvary
Baptist Church in Belmont, NC from March 13, 2000 'til July 29, 2007.
After much prayer and meditation, Brother Darren felt that God was leading him
away from Calvary Baptist Church, so on Sunday Morning, July 29, 2007 he resigned.
For the next 5 months, Bro. Darren did pulpit supply, preached Revivals,
and then received a phone call of invitation to Lebanon Baptist Church.
After preaching a three day revival, Bro. Darren was voted in unanimously as pastor
of Lebanon Baptist Church in Seminary, Mississippi on Sunday, December 16, 2007.
He preached his first sermon as pastor on Sunday morning, January 6, 2008.
God is blessing, the Duncan's are very happy, and the church is doing very well.
Mrs. Rebecca Duncan is gifted with a voice that will ring out over the
auditorium of any church. She enjoys singing the Old time Hymns. She is
also a dynamic speaker for ladies' meetings and will be glad to speak
for you if you will call her. Becky counts it all joy to meet new folks
and make new friends at various churches.
